Clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick stop! The comfy bed made for a restful night, and being close to the highway made everything so convenient. Staff was friendly, and the little extras like a communal microwave made it feel more like home. Would definitely stay again!

The place deserved 4 stars. The room was a nice size and well-appointed with toiletries, and all other comforts. Every member of the staff was very amiable and extremely helpful. The location was magnificent, at a walking distance from The Entrance Town Centre.

The quiet air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi enhanced our comfort. It’s conveniently located near some lovely landmarks like the Mitchell River Walk and East Gippsland Art Gallery, perfect for family bonding. the service was disappointing, particularly regarding our last-minute addition of an infant.

it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever experienced. The breakfast offered to my room was also a highlight, providing a delicious start to my day. I found the stay to provide excellent value for money.

I did notice a small oversight: the room was advertised as including a toaster, which was not present. This minor issue did not significantly hinder my experience, but it was a slight disappointment.

we recently stayed at the bairnsdale and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. the staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. our room was clean and comfortable, with a large refrigerator and a decent-sized tv that had plenty of channels. we enjoyed the convenience of having our car parked right outside, and the proximity to restaurants and shops was a nice bonus. the free wifi was also a great touch!
